Senior Leaders’ Group Coaching Programme
The next cohort starts at 4.30pm on Tuesday 7th January 2025
This programme is designed for new and experienced Senior Leaders in education wanting to be their best-selves and develop their successful leadership style, learning how to get the most from their staff, creating a happy team who will enjoy working together and so provide the best learning environment for their pupils.
The programme runs for 12 weeks, on Tuesdays from 4.30-5.30pm, and consists of between 6 and 10 participants from a wide selection of schools. This is a great opportunity to expand your network and learn from each other's diverse experience, as well as the key learning from the programme material. Each session I introduce some ideas to spark your thinking with both challenge and support. I pose some self-coaching questions and these are explored in breakout rooms and in plenary together. The guided reflection exercises both during and after the sessions help develop your thinking and hold you accountable for your actions and commitments to development and change.
This programme also includes access to Nicky as your coach for the duration of the programme and membership to the Bright Lead Podia Community, where you will be able to discuss ideas and concepts with other Bright Lead alumni, as well as providing you with access to additional resources.
The price of the course per participant is £990+VAT

Middle Leaders’ Group Coaching Programme
Sessions run at 4.30pm on Wednesdays.
The next cohort will be in September 2025.
This programme is designed for new and experienced Middle Leaders in education aiming to develop their leadership presence. Many Middle Leaders have little previous experience of peer to peer leadership, and inhabit the unique space between their school Senior Leadership and colleagues ‘at the chalk-face’. This programme supports you with the complexities of this position, coaching you to effectively lead your colleagues, and support your senior leadership teams. The aim is to create a happy team who will enjoy working together and performing at their best, thus providing the best learning environment for your pupils.

One to One Leadership Coaching

One to One coaching is designed for anyone wanting to improve their leadership skills, whether they be experienced, new to a role, or simply wanting to improve their skills with an eye on a future role or promotion. When leading people, it can prove challenging to get the right balance and be a leader people want to work for. This type of coaching is fully bespoke to your needs, and aims to help you develop the skills and habits to make excellent leadership your default setting, allowing you to effectively deal with any situation that arises with compassion for both your employees, and your own needs, while meeting the needs of the school.
Sessions usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, and can be as many or as few as needed. Typically, four or six sessions would be booked as a minimum, unless there is a specific reason such as a particular job application.
