I am an experienced, accredited executive and team coach, working with individuals, teams and groups, to navigate change, develop insight, achieve individual and team growth and performance improvement.

My career spans leadership and consulting roles in technology companies and PwC. I came to coaching through a curiosity around the potential synergies between the fields of technology and behavioural change. I thrive on working across different sectors, leveraging my experiences to gain fresh insights. I am accredited as an EMCC senior coaching practitioner, with a Professional Certificate in Team Coaching from Henley Business School.

I am curious and adaptable, working with clients to identify the appropriate approach given their context and challenge.  My approach combines empathy and curiosity with reflection and probing. I draw upon coaching, psychology, and leadership theories and use a range of approaches including embodied learning, visualisation, and constellations to help clients explore new perspectives and build on their strengths. I combine planning ahead with being flexible in the coaching moment, adapting to emerging patterns. Comfortable with ambiguity, I bring a curious and innovative approach, willing to challenge and share observations.
